To Rent
1. Get the information and the picture of the house you own
2. Create your own thread in the For Rent section with the information
3. At the end state how long the house if for rent for.
4. State how much you would like to rent it out for, per month or week.

Bidding
If someone bids on your estate with your asking price, or more, you may say if you would like it to pend or be accepted.

Accepted Rent
Whoever likes to rent out the house you may say ACCEPTED. After you do that you must edit your threads name to -rented out estate-

Sale Pending
If you are unsure if you like their bid you may say PENDING under their post. If pending you may wait 5 days to see if someone else bids. If not you must accept their ammount.}
